About my journey
My initial training in massage therapy began in a chiropractic practice and fitness club, where I worked alongside athletic and like-minded individuals. It was here, that I developed a strong interest in stretching techniques and honed my skills in identifying connective tissue dysfunction and restrictions.
With dual licensure in hand, I then moved on to a prestigious Med-Spa, where I had the opportunity to apply and expand my expertise in both fields. These diverse experiences have significantly shaped the type of service and skill set I bring to my own practice.
I’m dedicated to crafting personalized solutions that tackle both skin and physical concerns, and I’m thrilled to help you find your path to a more confident and vibrant self.
When I’m not working, you can find me deep into home projects at my charming mid-1800s house, wandering garden shops with fellow plant enthusiasts, or discovering the latest in local dining and art. These hobbies keep me inspired and connected to the world around me, adding a touch of creativity and joy to my life.
With 18 years as a licensed esthetician and massage therapist, I’ve truly found my niche. Guided by the wisdom of mentors and my own growing intuition, I’ve turned my passion for skin and body care into a fulfilling career.

My background includes specialized training in bodywork and aesthetics, with a focus on chiropractic care, sports massage, and fitness. I've had the privilege of working at a luxury 5-star spa and a renowned med spa, which has deepened my understanding of both wellness and beauty. This diverse experience allows me to provide exceptional service to my clients, ensuring they receive the best care possible.
